Particularly in the construction service sector, operating under the control of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk. In that regard, TOTAL establishes PT Total Persada Development (TPD) focusing on building projects such as office, hotel, apartment, shopping center, etc. The composition of TPD’s shareholding is 99% shares owned by PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk and 1% by PT Total Inti Persada. TPD will manage to generate revenue and net income from the property sector.
