The Board of Commissioners has carried out its duties and responsibilities in overseeing the Company in accordance with the Articles of Association through various supervisory activities. Such oversight is intended to ensure that the Company is managed effectively, prudently, and in line with its objectives, strategies, and long-term interests. The Board of Commissioners also continues to promote the consistent implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Human Resources Development as fundamental pillars of the Company's sustainable growth.

Based on its supervisory activities, the Board of Commissioners believes that the Board of Directors has managed the Company effectively and has demonstrated the ability to respond to the evolving business environment. The strong synergy between the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and all members of m-TOTAL remains an important factor in maintaining the Company's performance, strengthening its competitiveness, and creating sustainable value for stakeholders.

The Board of Commissioners also encourages the continuous enhancement of the Company's corporate governance practices through greater accountability, transparency, risk management, regulatory compliance, and ethical business conduct.
