Has served as President Director since 2009 and was reappointed based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on May 6, 2026 in Jakarta for a 4 (four)-year term until the closing of the AGMS in 2030.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, USA in 1991. She has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including joining PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk as an Estimator in 1992, before serving as Site Engineer, Commercial Manager, Head of Legal and Estimate Division (1997–2000), Vice Director in 2001, and Director in 2004. In addition to serving as President Director of the Company, she currently also serves as President Commissioner of PT Total Persada Development and PT Total Persada Indonesia.

She is affiliated with members of the Board of Commissioners and the Controlling Shareholders of the Company.

Ir. Moeljati Soetrisno

She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1987. She has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including working at PT Aura Bramasta as Technical Staff (1987–1988) before joining PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk as Project Control Staff in 1988. She later served as Vice Director since 2007 before being appointed as Director of the Company in 2010. In addition to serving as Director of the Company, she currently also serves as Commissioner of PT Total Persada Development and President Commissioner of PT Lestari Kirana Persada.

She has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or the Controlling Shareholders of the Company.

Ir. Lio Sudarto, M.M.

Mr. Lio Sudarto has been with the Company since 1990 as an Estimator. He subsequently held various positions in Engineering and Project Management before serving as Vice Director since 2007 and Director since 2010. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University in 1990 and a Master of Management degree majoring in General Management from the MM Executive Program of Bina Nusantara University in 2010. In addition to serving as Director of the Company, he currently also serves as Commissioner of PT Total Persada Indonesia.

Mr. Saleh has been with the Company since 1993 as Engineering Staff. Prior to that, he began his career as Structure and Planning Engineer at PT Lamda Citra Karya Engineering in 1991. He subsequently held several positions within the Company before serving as Project Manager, Vice Director in 2008, and Director since 2010. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta in 1993 and a Master of Management degree from the MM Executive Program majoring in General Management at Bina Nusantara University in 2010. In addition to serving as Director of the Company, he currently also serves as President Commissioner of PT Total Pola Formwork.

Mr. Rasyid Daulay has been with the Company since 2001 as an Estimator. He subsequently served as Estimate Office (2002–2003), Construction Engineer (2003–2010), Head of Construction Engineering Department (2010–2014), Deputy Project Manager (Leighton - Total JO) for the New Australian Embassy Jakarta Project (2014–2016), Project Manager for the Sequis Tower Project (2016–2018), and General Manager since 2019 before serving as Director of the Company in 2022. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia, Depok in 2000 and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta in 2014.
