TOTAL’s people are already competent in the area of green construction. This is reflected in the conduct of Innovation Day event, which is periodically held by the Company. At the the event, many programs related to green construction, are manifested in innovations created by both project team and department team, who participate in the event.
TOTAL also exerts efforts to upgrade employee's skills to be competent in the green construction area. One of the efforts is by involving employees in trainings related to their area. It is expected that in the future, the Company will produce people that are highly competent and knowledgeable regarding the green concept.
