Announcement of The Postponement of
The Annual & Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholders of
PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk

The Board of Directors of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (“Company”) hereby announce to Shareholders that in order to promote mutual safety and comply to the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) implementation within DKI Jakarta province, the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting Of Shareholders of PT Total Bangun PersadaTbk  (“Meeting”) which originally was due to be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 will be postponed until further notice, in line with the development of the existing conditions.

In regards to the Meeting postponement mentioned above, therefore the Meeting Announcement published in Investor Daily newspaper on Friday, March 27, 2020 is hereby considered invalid.
