On January 9, 2017, The Board of Commissioners of PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk, has appointed:
Mr. Ir. Reyno Stephanus Adhiputranto (President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner)
To replace the late Mr. Drs. H. Musthofa Ak., former Chairman of the Audit Committee. Therefore, the composition of The Audit Committee members are as follows:
