ESTABLISHMENT OF JOINT VENTURES
On March 9, 2015, PT TOTAL BANGUN PERSADA TBK (TOTAL) and PT POLA INTI PERKASA (POLA) have signed a Deed of Establishment of Joint Venture. The names of the Companies are as follows:
- “PT. TOTAL POLA PERSADA”, provides Equipments for Concrete Molding (formwork); and
- “PT. TOTAL POLA FORMWORK”, provides the Installation of the Concrete Molding (formwork).
TOTAL is the Majority Shareholder in each of the Joint Venture Company.
