TOTAL's subsidiaries are dedicated to the property business. With paid-up capital amounting to Rp100 billion, PT Total Persada Development (TPD) constructed The Chedi Sakala Condotel in Tanjung Benoa, Bali, and the GKM Tower office building issuing "green concept" at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
