Procedure of Remuneration for Board Of Commissioners and Directors
The amount of remuneration received by Board of Commissioners and Directors is determined in a joint meeting with the President Director, the agenda is to discuss the policy of remuneration received by Board of Commissioners and Directors through the recommendation of policies by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Which is fair pursuant to their duties, responsibilities, and their work performance.The decision is adjusted to the Company’s remuneration system. Policies concerning the amount of salary, benefits, allowances, and other facilities are then adjusted to the development to similar markets and industries. The competitive amount of salary and allowance received by Commissioner and Director is evaluated per annum and if necessary, adjustments will be proposed to the Board of Commissioners.
