Although we have developed a wealth of experience in the construction sector we believe our continued success must come from a conscious application of our core competencies.

Since the mid 1980s, we have realigned our strategy to optimise our financial and professional resources in areas where we have a high level of competence.

As a results of this, Total Bangun Persada has chosen to specialise firstly in building construction and secondly in the area of high-rise & commercial structures and industrial complexes.

To date, this approach has worked well in establishing a clear differentiation for us and has enabled us to compete effectively for prestigious projects across Indonesia. This is best demonstrated by our extensive portfolio of developments which include some of Indonesia’s tallest and most unique building and resort projects. Some of the more notable of these are Empire Tower, GKBI Building, Sudirman Tower and the Regent Hotel in Jakarta’s Golden Triangle, BRI Tower in Surabaya, the Batamindo Industrial Estate on Batam Island and the SAFE Bintan Golf & Lagoon Resort on Bintan Island.

In addition, we have undertaken the building of Indonesia’s largest and most modern television broadcasting station, Indosiar, Trans TV.
