These are university graduates who are highly trained
in the multitude of disciplines that are required
in our industry, including architecture, construction,
structural, mechanical and electrical engineering,
project management, maintenance and project finance.
Because
we firmly believe that our people are our most valuable
asset, we are fully committed to an on-going human
resource development programme. To this end, we have
aggressively initiated training opportunities for
our people. In fact, over the past four years, we
have tripled the level of investment we make in providing
our people with education and training both locally
and overseas.
Implemented
at all levels, this program allows our people to keep
abreast of the latest international developments in
building construction techniques and systems which
can be applied in the Indonesian context. At the same
time, we actively develop our own internal training
programmes in which our most experienced engineers can
share their wealth of Industry knowledge with others.
Each
individual member of our workforce also shares the
company’s pursuit of excellence and takes great
pride in establishing Total Bangun Persada as Indonesia’s
premier building constructor, and in the role they
play to upgrade Indonesia’s construction industry.
These
initiatives, together with new systems we continually
put in place, make us more efficient, while at the
same time allow us to remain flexible enough to meet
the diverse needs of our customers.
In the brief period of a quarter of a century, Total
Bangun Persada has grown progressively from a general
construction company to a specialised, high-rise building
construction company that enjoys the trust and respect
of peers and clients both in Indonesia and the region.
